The Women Empowerment Cell organizes training in self-defence, personal hygiene awareness, and emotional well-being. It fosters confidence, safety, and gender sensitivity within the student community.
The Grievance Redressal Cell provides students with a transparent and responsive mechanism to voice concerns regarding academic, administrative, or personal matters. Every grievance is addressed fairly and promptly to maintain student trust and satisfaction.

SIM provides professional counselling services through a dedicated Counselling Centre. Students can seek confidential support for academic stress, emotional challenges, and personal concerns. The centre also conducts workshops on mental health, emotional intelligence, and stress management.
The Alumni Association fosters lifelong connections between past and present students. Alumni actively contribute as resource persons, judges for competitions, mentors, and sources of recruitment opportunities.
The Internal Complaints Committee addresses issues related to sexual harassment and gender-based grievances. It ensures compliance with legal norms and promotes a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning space for everyone on campus.
